Commercial-Scale Projects

Ground Source Heat Pump Systems
• Complete GSHP system design, equipment selection, and sizing
• Loopfield design, layout, and drilling coordination (vertical or horizontal)
• Ground loop system headering, flushing, and commissioning
• Installation of indoor equipment and air handling systems
• Integration with existing ductwork or upgrade as needed
• Support for existing GSHP systems, including all maintenance
New Construction Design & Coordination
• Builder and architect coordination from pre-construction to final commissioning
• Permit support and energy modeling
• All-electric system planning, including domestic hot water
• HVAC design engineering - load calculations, air flow requirements
Retrofit Upgrades
• System replacement for oil, propane, gas, or electric resistance heat
• Full electrification upgrades and utility coordination
• Home performance upgrades (when integrated with GSHP):
• Air sealing and insulation
